Music Booster Meeting Tuesday March 11, 2008 6:00 pm

Profit will be around $500 - 100 served

Shells -

Delivered 3-10-08.  We rented a UHaul,  picked them up in Owatonna to save half the cost of the shipping. 

Thanks to the staff and 7th hour students who assisted with unloading and setup!  Thank you Mr. Klaers for your space!

We have received $2500 in donations from Wabasso Lions and Wanda Bank!  The balance of our half of the cost is $1857.

Evening of Entertainment - April 12

We discussed publicity, meal, and local performers.

Will put together info for KLGR and newspaper article, posters at the school and put up around town

    May still be looking for another individual, providing the choir and band ensembles each perform

Tickets will be sold at Collage of Choirs on March 17

Students (sr high) will receive tickets to sell - as well as Music Boosters.

Money and unused tickets to be turned in by March 31.
