Choir is for students who wish to further their aesthetic and musical development. Performance is regarded as a further educational experience for the student. Choir members will enjoy daily rehearsals with exciting music from all genres. It is important to note that the student will be learning and performing both sacred and secular music. Sacred music is an integral part of music history and an essential music-teaching tool.

The choir performs three concerts during the year: Winter concert,  Collage of Choirs Concert, and the Pops Concert. Additional performances include Large Group Contest, Homecoming Coronation and Veterans Day. Students also have the opportunity to participate in festivals, and solo/ensemble contests. Students are expected to attend all performances as a part of their course work.

Voice lessons are also a part of the course work as students are given individual or small group lessons once a week. Solo and ensemble experience is available and strongly encouraged for each individual. The goal of the concert Choir is to develop fin musicians who appreciate and perform a broad spectrum of music, in two capacities: (1) as an ensemble member and (2) individually.
